Anforderungen
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or comparable industry experience
- TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js), and backend frameworks (Node.js, NestJS) experience
- Kotlin (or Java) and backend services experience
- Understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, authentication/authorization patterns, and service integrations
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and tooling (AWS, Docker, Git, CI/CD, observability)
- Analytical thinking and ownership from idea to production
- Clear, open, concise communication skills, professional English fluency
- Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, queues, or asynchronous workflows
- Familiarity with additional backend languages (e.g., Python)
- Background building software in regulated, high-security, or operationally critical environments
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in building AI-powered features and integrations
Aufgaben
- Build and scale high-impact systems across client-facing web applications, workflow automation, and internal platforms
- Design seamless user journeys
- Architect robust backend microservices in a regulated environment
- Deliver high-quality software and solid technical foundations
- Deliver immediate business value while building reusable, scalable architecture
- Work hands-on with modern AI tooling to build intelligent features
- Build and maintain high-quality client-facing applications, internal tools, APIs, and microservices
- Work across modern frontend interfaces, backend services, asynchronous queues, and cloud infrastructure
- Partner with Product, Operations, Design, and Data teams to streamline workflows
- Build scalable software solutions
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code with emphasis on security, data privacy, and operational reliability
- Contribute to architectural improvements, testing, observability, and developer experience
- Shape technical direction
