Aufgaben
- Own the global Direct Procurement function
- Define and evolve the operating model, governance, policies, and processes
- Translate corporate strategy into global Procurement strategies and execution plans
- Develop, execute, and adapt global sourcing and resilience strategies
- Balance cost, supplier innovation, quality, and production efficiency
- Build and optimize a resilient global supplier network
- Lead strategic global projects, including onboarding new suppliers
- Drive organizational transformation and continuous improvement in Procurement
- Lead the German Direct Procurement team and own its performance and budget
- Drive global alignment on Direct Procurement KPIs and governance
- Coordinate closely with the Sourcing Hub in Asia
- Represent Procurement in executive steering committees
- Foster alignment across Engineering, Product, Global Production, Finance, Quality, and Global Supply Chain
- Report to senior leadership on strategic sourcing and investment decisions
- Act as deputy for the Director Global Procurement
- Lead, develop, and coach Procurement professionals
