In this role, you will lead the department focused on quality, environment, occupational safety, and energy. You will ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement while training employees and managing key relationships with external partners.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in engineering, environmental technology, safety management, or comparable field
• •Several years of professional experience in quality, occupational safety, environmental and energy management, and common quality techniques
• •Auditor certification in at least one relevant area
• •In-depth knowledge of legal regulations, relevant standards, and methodologies
• •Experience in team leadership, project management, and continuous improvement
• •Experience in processing metallic materials and non-destructive testing
• •Strong analytical skills and structured working approach
• •Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and high social competence
• •Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

Aufgaben

• •Lead the Quality, Environment, Occupational Safety, and Energy department
• •Manage the integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001)
• •Conduct internal and external audits for certifications
• •Oversee Continuous Improvement Management and initiate improvement projects
• •Analyze and optimize processes to enhance quality and safety
• •Ensure compliance with legal regulations in environmental protection, occupational safety, and energy management
• •Prepare quality reports for local management and the Hydro Group
• •Train employees on quality, environment, and safety topics
• •Serve as the point of contact for authorities, auditors, and external partners
• •Manage personnel and budget for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Safety areas
