Anforderungen

  • •Technical qualification as a Technician, Master craftsman, or equivalent
  • •Training as a Safety Specialist or willingness to undertake part-time training
  • •Certification as an Internal Occupational Safety Auditor (ISO 45001 / 19011) or willingness to obtain certification
  • •Experience in Safety management, direct contact with Factory, Field Service, or technical field service
  • •Experience in the petrochemical/chemical industry
  • •Excellent knowledge of German regulations and laws related to occupational safety and fire protection
  • •Structured and independent working style
  • •Experience in project management and communication skills
  • •Fluency in both German and English; proficiency in MS Office applications
  • •Willingness to travel for field assignments (up to 10%)

Aufgaben

  • •Support the Field Service team on occupational health and safety matters
  • •Perform duties as a Safety Specialist according to the German Occupational Safety Act
  • •Maintain the Occupational Safety Management System per ISO 45001
  • •Participate in audits and conduct internal audits per ISO standards
  • •Conduct construction site safety inspections
  • •Analyze accidents to improve safety measures
  • •Deliver employee training sessions on work safety
  • •Create and review risk assessments within the Service department
  • •Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of occupational safety measures
  • •Manage the EPLAS safety software and its administrative tasks
  • •Provide reports to management and HSE responsible persons
  • •Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • •Collaborate with customers, internal departments, and external service providers
  • •Act as the process owner for the SGA process
