Anforderungen
- Technical qualification as a Technician, Master craftsman, or equivalent
- Training as a Safety Specialist or willingness to undertake part-time training
- Certification as an Internal Occupational Safety Auditor (ISO 45001 / 19011) or willingness to obtain certification
- Experience in Safety management, direct contact with Factory, Field Service, or technical field service
- Experience in the petrochemical/chemical industry
- Excellent knowledge of German regulations and laws related to occupational safety and fire protection
- Structured and independent working style
- Experience in project management and communication skills
- Fluency in both German and English; proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel for field assignments (up to 10%)
Aufgaben
- Support the Field Service team on occupational health and safety matters
- Perform duties as a Safety Specialist according to the German Occupational Safety Act
- Maintain the Occupational Safety Management System per ISO 45001
- Participate in audits and conduct internal audits per ISO standards
- Conduct construction site safety inspections
- Analyze accidents to improve safety measures
- Deliver employee training sessions on work safety
- Create and review risk assessments within the Service department
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of occupational safety measures
- Manage the EPLAS safety software and its administrative tasks
- Provide reports to management and HSE responsible persons
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with customers, internal departments, and external service providers
- Act as the process owner for the SGA process
