- Lead and develop ten consultants
- Manage and grow client accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor
- Drive market and product development
- Engage stakeholders and prepare materials
- Lead proposals and contract negotiations
- Manage full P&L responsibility
- Ensure successful consulting project delivery
- Serve as Project Manager when required
- Oversee project and financial performance
- Ensure quality and customer satisfaction
