Aufgaben
- Develop and lead internal and external communications strategy
- Translate complex technology and business topics into compelling content for press releases, articles, keynotes, and digital channels
- Oversee media relations
- Act as primary spokesperson
- Manage relationships with journalists and industry analysts
- Create content for corporate announcements, speeches, and key external presentations
- Define, protect, and evolve brand identity, voice, and positioning across all channels
- Ensure brand consistency via guidelines and cross-functional collaboration
- Lead development of a content system for Orbem's narrative across web, social, PR, and internal channels
- Oversee brand-building initiatives, including thought leadership and campaigns
- Monitor brand health metrics and communications effectiveness
- Develop internal communications strategy to keep the team informed, engaged, and aligned
- Partner with executive leadership on public appearances, announcements, and investor relations
- Manage all-hands meetings and internal forums to foster transparency
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of communications and brand specialists
- Manage external PR and design agencies
- Own the communications budget
- Promote Orbem's values through actions and decisions
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment
