- Fluency in spoken and written English, German skills are a plus, willingness to travel internationally
Aufgaben
- Manage and improve product development capabilities
- Enhance process and data quality across the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the Product Line Organization and global functions
- Support the continuous development of Enterprise Architecture
- Align Enterprise Architecture with Product Lines, Functions, and Business Models
- Advance the organization's capabilities in Virtual Engineering
- Promote Model-Based Systems Engineering
- Drive process implementation through appropriate IT systems
- Collaborate with the ICT Organization for system integration
- Manage the functional PMO
- Develop and implement project management standards
- Establish governance for project management
