- Fluent German or French is advantageous
- Commercial acumen and cross-functional navigation
- Client empathy and leadership skills
Aufgaben
- Lead a team of Application Engineers
- Transform client requirements into 3D designs
- Develop technical proposals for innovative applications
- Oversee system deployment and commissioning
- Ensure long-term technical health of client systems
- Coach and develop Solution Architects
- Support regional sales on complex projects
- Represent the company to key customers
- Manage the Team Leader for Deployment and CS
- Guarantee high-quality, on-time project delivery
- Report directly to the Managing Director EMEA
