- Develop and execute five-year capital investment strategies
- Shape facility and technology development roadmaps
- Champion technological innovation across global regions
- Influence global breeding practices through multi-regional collaboration
- Apply expertise in corn and wheat double haploid technology
- Implement CMS and sterility technologies in breeding programs
- Characterize germplasm and select for disease resistance
- Improve DH and CMS efficiency in commercial programs
- Direct strategic development of breeding technologies
- Lead capital planning to drive pipeline productivity
- Oversee facility modernization projects
- Manage complex multi-crop and cross-continental initiatives
- Report globally through Temperate Hub Applied Teams
- Partner strategically with North American pipeline teams
