Anforderungen
- Completed studies in International Business, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 6 years relevant experience in DACH Region, preferably food industry
- Extensive experience in Brand Management, Marketing (online & offline), Retail, and Expansion
- Familiarity with DACH culture and snacking habits
- Familiarity with DACH e-commerce landscape and consumer behaviour
- Understanding of German, Austrian, and Swiss market cultural nuances
- Excellent German and English skills
- Residence in Berlin or surrounding area, or willingness to relocate
- Deep interest in KoRo business
- Genuine drive to disrupt snacking industry
- Highly analytical skills

- Execute massive offline activations.
- Manage the brand budget efficiently.
- Ensure brand initiatives deliver ROI.
- Bridge online and physical brand presence.
- Ensure a seamless omni-channel brand experience.
- Serve as primary departmental contact.
