Anforderungen

  • •PhD or equivalent in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
  • •Proven experience in preformulation and NCE drug product development
  • •Deep expertise in analytical techniques and instrumentation
  • •Strong knowledge of regulatory environments
  • •Advanced understanding of statistical methods and process analytics
  • •Several years of leadership experience managing global, cross-functional teams
  • •Fluency in both German and English
  • •Willingness to travel internationally

Aufgaben

  • •Define and implement the global strategy for analytical development
  • •Lead preformulation, in vitro dissolution, method development, and quality control
  • •Drive the Analytical Development leadership circle for NCE projects
  • •Develop analytical methods for drug substances and products
  • •Validate and transfer analytical methods for formulation and process development
  • •Ensure analytical methods comply with global regulatory standards
  • •Maintain state-of-the-art laboratories and ensure personnel training
  • •Foster innovation through accelerated stability models and predictive testing
  • •Promote best practice sharing and proactive communication with stakeholders
