Aufgaben
- Lead transition to AI-enabled processes
- Implement autonomous processes across global functions
- Integrate AI initiatives into business operations
- Rethink the current system setup
- Simplify legacy system structures
- Rebuild the enterprise backbone
- Lead overhaul of Go-to-Market systems
- Overhaul Go-to-Market data flow
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CXT
- Eliminate silos across GTM teams
- Build a unified, AI-first GTM foundation
- Own the internal AI, data, and systems landscape
- Implement a scalable, API-first architecture
- Improve integration and reliability organization-wide
- Partner with CFO and GTM leaders
- Define a world-class data strategy
- Implement world-class data governance
- Create a Single Source of Truth
- Ensure governed, reliable data visibility
- Provide end-to-end customer lifecycle visibility
- Build the AI, Data & Systems function
- Lead the AI, Data & Systems function
- Manage the internal cost base
- Evaluate major technology vendors
- Select major technology vendors
- Negotiate with major technology vendors
- Lead System Integration Engineers
- Coach System Integration Engineers
