Aufgaben
- Lead and oversee the Finance Cluster South Germany
- Ensure financial activities align with corporate policies, USALI standards, and legal requirements
- Lead, develop, and mentor the Accounting team
- Act as a strategic partner to hotel leadership
- Support business decisions with financial insights and recommendations
- Oversee preparation of monthly reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements
- Manage and optimize accounts receivable and payable
- Take ownership of financial systems, including Coupa
- Drive continuous improvements in financial systems
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial performance
- Implement measures to enhance financial performance
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Revenue Management, Front Office, and Reservations
- Support overall business success
- Act as a key contact for audits
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
