Aufgaben
- •Lead financial control for Germany and Austria
- •Manage and develop a team of direct reports
- •Ensure compliance with firm policies and legislation
- •Support the CE COO and Managing Partner
- •Oversee timely month-end and year-end closing
- •Review ledgers for complete and accurate postings
- •Provide financial reporting and analysis for stakeholders
- •Review balance sheet reconciliations regularly
- •Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- •Remediate control and audit findings
- •Ensure accurate local GAAP accounting
- •Oversee annual budget and overhead preparation
- •Manage full-year re-forecasts for Global Finance
- •Review partner drawings and distribution payments
- •Conduct finance inductions for new partners
- •Liaise with tax teams on partner returns
- •Support partners with tax audit queries
- •Manage relationships with local banks
- •Approve bank payments and expenses
- •Review cash flow and liquidity forecasts
- •Coordinate funding needs with Global Treasury
- •Review monthly payroll and VAT returns
- •Liaise with advisors on corporate tax
- •Monitor cost and expense policy implementation
- •Design and maintain effective finance controls
- •File statutory and statistical returns
- •Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
- •Act as subject matter expert for strategic projects
- •Manage insurance renewals and administrative tasks
- •Negotiate supplier contracts and manage premises issues
