- Work experience in MSAT (Manufacturing Science & Technology)
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Lead a team of MSAT Experts in technology transfers
- Manage all aspects of human resource management for the MSAT team
- Foster a culture of empowerment, innovation, and high performance
- Oversee manufacturing processes and resolve technical challenges
- Drive continuous improvement and enable innovation projects
- Ensure MSAT processes are inspection-ready for audits
- Participate in customer visits and presentations
- Lead investigations into product and process deviations
- Analyze data to identify root causes of failures
- Support the DP Operations Head in achieving overall goals
- Collaborate with functions on tech transfer and process development
- Act as deputy to the Head of Drug Product Operations Stein
