In this role, you will lead the manufacturing team in launching a new lyophilization filling line, ensuring operational readiness and compliance while fostering a culture of innovation. Your daily responsibilities will include managing team development, defining processes, and supporting project timelines.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Science, Pharmaceutical Technology, or equivalent experience
• •Solid experience and in-depth knowledge of Drug Product Aseptic Filling including Lyophilization
• •Proven leadership experience including development of teams
• •Experience in Commissioning and Qualification
• •Excellent communication skills and interaction with various internal and external interfaces
• •Fluency in English or German with minimum B2 level in the respective other language

Aufgaben

• •Lead the ramp-up of the Lyophilization filling line
• •Ensure operational readiness of the new facility with the Operations Lead team
• •Oversee the operative takeover of the new line after qualification
• •Manage the manufacturing team for the Lyophilized Vials Line, including 8 direct reports and up to 26 indirect reports
• •Foster a culture of empowerment, innovation, and trust within the team
• •Handle all aspects of team management, including qualification, development, coaching, and hiring
• •Define processes for the Lyophilized Vial area and overarching manufacturing processes
• •Provide timely user input to maintain project timelines and budget
• •Support the supply chain team to ensure timely material availability
• •Assist the project team in the qualification and commissioning of equipment
• •Ensure safety and compliance standards are met
• •Represent the facility during customer visits, audits, and inspections
