Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree or equivalent in (bio)chemistry, biology, pharmacy, medical sciences, or related field

• •Hands-on experience in drug product characterization using liquid chromatography technologies

Aufgaben

• •Lead a team of scientists in biopharmaceutical characterization using liquid chromatography
• •Recruit and develop team members to enhance team capabilities
• •Oversee onboarding and performance reviews for team members
• •Act as the disciplinary manager for team members
• •Achieve the group's sales and revenue targets
• •Ensure successful project execution and operational effectiveness
• •Manage resources, including capacity planning and KPI tracking
• •Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Commercial Unit and Finance
• •Promote innovation and maintain expertise in LC techniques
• •Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
