- Manage resources, including capacity planning and KPI tracking
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Commercial Unit and Finance
- Promote innovation and maintain expertise in LC techniques
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
