Anforderungen
- Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Earth Sciences or comparable discipline
- Relevant professional experience in offshore wind ground investigations, UXO identification and clearance campaigns, or comparable technical offshore environment
- Sound technical knowledge of offshore geophysical and geotechnical survey technologies and methods
- Practical understanding of operational offshore activities and associated HSE requirements
- Strong project management skills: manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality
- Commercial awareness and experience in contract, contractor and consultant management
- Good knowledge of relevant industry best practices, standards and certification requirements
- Familiarity with geoscientific data processing and interpretation or laboratory testing of soil samples (advantageous)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to lead interdisciplinary teams
- Pragmatic, flexible and safety-conscious approach, effective in dynamic environment
- Fluent English skills
- Willingness to travel regularly within Europe

- Lead the ground investigation package and provide functional leadership
- Define requirements for geophysical and geotechnical investigations
- Define requirements for UXO identification and clearance campaigns
- Manage package scope, budget, resources, and schedule
- Manage package risks, opportunities, quality, and HSE
- Manage package interfaces
- Develop technical specifications for ground investigation campaigns
- Develop tender documentation for ground investigation campaigns
- Develop contracting strategies for ground investigation campaigns
- Manage contracts for ground investigation campaigns
- Coordinate contractors involved in offshore fieldwork
- Coordinate consultants involved in offshore fieldwork
- Coordinate contractors involved in data processing
- Coordinate consultants involved in data processing
- Coordinate contractors involved in data interpretation
- Coordinate consultants involved in data interpretation
- Monitor campaign progress
- Monitor HSE performance
- Monitor data quality
- Take appropriate action where required
- Review factual contractor reports
- Review interpretative contractor reports
- Ensure deliverables meet project requirements
- Ensure deliverables meet industry requirements

- Coordinate interfaces with engineering activities
