Anforderungen
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline

- Lead end-to-end construction planning and execution
- Establish and resource a high-performing construction team
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and company standards
- Manage performance across scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Provide structured reporting and proactive issue resolution
- Drive stakeholder alignment and interface management
- Coordinate with package managers, functions, and external parties
- Manage risks, documentation, and execution readiness
- Support permitting processes
- Onboard resources and track decisions
- Prepare for seamless O&M handover
