- Draft LinkedIn posts for external visibility
- Administer Skillsoft and Workday learning platforms
- Resolve learner queries and prepare standard reports
- Coordinate mentoring programs and community communications
- Administer leadership assessments and development measures
- Co-design scripts and coordinate guests for webinars
- Manage Microsoft Teams spaces and presentation materials
- Collect HR data and record meeting notes
