- •Strong operational discipline and problem solving
- •Cultural and behavioral flexibility
- •Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- •Multilingual skills
- •Global travel up to 50%

- •Communicate strategies and market opportunities to global regions
- •Develop strategies with regions to improve partner relations
- •Support sales training, education, and field management
- •Facilitate quarterly business reviews and strategic planning

- •Ensure products are featured in partner catalogs and websites
- •Execute strategic programs to jointly grow the monitoring business
- •Track multi-parameter system installations on a global basis
- •Collaborate with partners on tradeshow and conference promotions
- •Manage demand forecasts for manufacturing and financial tracking
