- Evaluate research results and provide recommendations for action
- Lead R&D for food colors and coatings
- Adapt existing products for pet food and cosmetics
- Characterize new formulations using spectrophotometric and analytical methods
- Translate analytical results into technical specification recommendations
- Coordinate with product management, production, and quality assurance
- Provide technical support for industrial production scaling
- Bridge the gap between R&D and commercial strategy
- Maintain and sharpen the raw material portfolio
- Standardize processes and maintain market-oriented product data
