- Strong track record designing/governing global Merit, STI, LTI, Performance programs
- Strong expertise in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation
- Strong understanding of market pricing, benchmarking, job architecture, pay transparency/equity
- Strong program and project leadership skills in complex, multi-country environments
- Ability to influence, challenge constructively, and facilitate decision-making
- Strong analytical skills including compensation costing, scenario modeling, pay equity analysis
- Strategic, collaborative mindset with focus on scalable, simple global standards
- Excellent communication skills in English
- German language skills are a plus
