- Proven experience leading cross-functional global initiatives in matrix organizations
- Strong collaboration experience across R&D, commercial, quality, regulatory, and customer-facing organizations
- Strategic mindset and hands-on execution capabilities
- Strong communication, moderation, and stakeholder management skills
- Global mindset and willingness for occasional international travel
- Fluent English required; German language skills are a plus
Aufgaben
- Define product vision, strategy, value proposition, and roadmap
- Ensure alignment with overall portfolio and business unit strategy
- Drive scalable connectivity and interoperability solutions
- Develop edge device capabilities and deployment strategies
- Create EHR and HIS integration solutions
- Implement HL7 and FHIR based interoperability solutions
- Design next generation peripheral integration solutions
- Conduct market assessments and define customer requirements
- Prioritize product capabilities, features, and releases
- Monitor healthcare interoperability and digital platform trends
- Develop commercialization strategies and go-to-market approaches
- Collaborate with regional marketing, sales, and product management teams
- Support customer engagements and strategic pitches
- Identify new business opportunities and product ideas
- Contribute to future ecosystem monetization and platform strategies
- Collaborate with development, architecture, quality, and regulatory teams
- Lead cross-functional global product teams and initiatives
- Foster collaboration across cultures, regions, and organizational boundaries
- Share vision and business perspective with the organization
