Lead Commercialization & Program Management - In-Center Digital Ecosystem(m/w/x)
Developing and commercializing digital ecosystems for kidney care patients. 8+ years in digital/physical product strategy and go-to-market execution required. Individual career planning, professional development.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, technology management, digital health, or related field
- 8+ years relevant professional experience in business combining digital and physical products, commercialization, product strategy, ecosystem strategy, or related roles
- Proven track record shaping and executing product/business strategies and commercialization of digital and physical products within modern ecosystem play or platform-based business environments
- Strong experience in go-to-market and launch strategy, pricing and monetization, ecosystem/platform business models, as-a-service business models, cross-functional leadership
- Experience in healthcare, medtech, digital health, SaaS, IoT, connected devices, or enterprise software highly valued
- Exposure to international growth markets such as China, India, Brazil, Mexico, or Saudi Arabia is a plus
- Knowledge of dialysis business, products or healthcare operations is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities in global matrix organizations
- Strategic thinker with strong execution orientation and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong team player, excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Global mindset and willingness for occasional business trips
- Fluent English required; German is a plus
Aufgaben
- Drive business and commercialization strategy for In-Center Digital Ecosystem 2.0
- Develop and refine ecosystem offering, business models, and value propositions
- Conduct market research to inform ecosystem strategy
- Define go-to-market strategies, pricing, and marketing plans for global markets
- Identify opportunities for recurring revenue and ecosystem expansion
- Manage cross-functional ecosystem program across multiple products and projects
- Align roadmaps, milestones, and release planning for optimized program cadence
- Manage dependencies between new ecosystem components and existing portfolio
- Establish lean and transparent program governance for execution speed and quality
- Proactively identify and manage program risks and escalations
- Collaborate with product teams throughout the lifecycle from discovery to commercialization
- Partner with regional sales and marketing teams for go-to-market and adoption strategies
- Align ecosystem-wide marketing and customer adoption approaches
- Act as a key connector between business, product, technology, and regional organizations
