- Experience in enterprise architecture creation, process documentation, or technical mapping to software solutions
- Business Process and project management experience according to BPMN2.0 and PMI standards
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Define and document business processes
- Continuously improve the Palfinger Development Process (PDP) architecture
- Ensure standardization and compliance with process guidelines
- Take ownership of assigned data objects
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and KPI performance
- Evaluate and prioritize Requests for Change (RFC)
- Manage release activities and support process testing
- Conduct training and facilitate roll-outs
- Monitor and report on process and data KPIs
- Identify opportunities for improvement and lead efficiency initiatives
- Support Process Owners and Managers
- Coordinate with data experts
- Lead data cleansing and improvement projects
- Foster knowledge transfer across teams
