• •Outstanding ability to structure complex topics and synthesize insights
• •Hands-on, analytical, and impact-driven
• •Strong business logic and financial mindset around budgets and investments
• •Global mindset with experience working across functions and markets
• •Excellent communication skills in English and German (C1), able to align senior stakeholders

Aufgaben

• •Own the annual global marketing planning process
• •Build and manage multi-market campaign and launch calendars
• •Develop category and growth frameworks for market strategy
• •Lead budgeting models, forecasting, and investment allocation
• •Define the global campaign narrative and architecture
• •Develop playbooks and strategic guidelines for local teams
• •Create clear messaging, funnel, and briefing frameworks
• •Align with Creative and Activation teams for strategic consistency
• •Collaborate with E-Commerce to align brand and performance marketing
• •Partner with Brand Management to translate insights into strategy
• •Build and evolve global measurement and KPI frameworks
