Aufgaben
- Lead and scale the global e-commerce business
- Manage the global e-commerce P&L for DTC and Amazon
- Oversee revenue, margins, pricing, and promotions
- Lead the E-Shop, Tech Stack, Performance Marketing, and CRM teams
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and integrated business planning
- Drive international market roll-outs and omnichannel expansion
- Scale performance marketing, conversion, and customer lifetime value
- Develop CRM strategies for retention and loyalty-driven growth
- Manage the e-commerce technology and UX roadmap
- Collaborate strategically with the Influencer Marketing team
