Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration or related discipline
- B2B marketing, content marketing, corporate communications or brand marketing experience, preferably in renewable energy, energy storage, electrical equipment or industrial technology sectors
- Experience in multinational or international business environment is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong storytelling ability to translate technical and business information into clear, engaging, customer-focused content

- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms) is highly desirable
- Strong project management, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Creative, proactive and detail-oriented
- Passion for technology, sustainability and global energy trends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
- Self-motivated, adaptable and strong team player
- Fluent English is mandatory
- German is highly preferred
- Chinese and/or other European languages are considered an advantage

- Develop high-quality marketing content
- Create press releases, social media content, website content
- Prepare presentations, brochures, customer success stories
- Produce newsletters and other communication materials
- Support global brand and business objectives
- Plan and execute global marketing campaigns
- Implement digital marketing initiatives
- Coordinate product launches, webinars, exhibitions
- Monitor campaign performance
- Prepare campaign reports
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams
- Work with product management and sales
- Partner with external agencies
- Ensure consistent messaging across global markets
- Manage marketing content across digital channels
- Maintain the corporate website, LinkedIn, newsletters
- Support the development of the global marketing content library
- Support executive communications
- Handle strategic marketing projects
- Assist with initiatives assigned by the Global Marketing Manager
- Leverage AI tools for content creation
- Improve marketing efficiency and global collaboration
