Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in science, health economics, business analytics, or public health; PhD preferred
- •8–10 years of experience in pharma/biotech with a focus on launching innovative biologics and/or biosimilars in global or regional market access role
- •Strong scientific knowledge of oncology therapeutic area and treatments
- •Proven success in developing global access strategies and launch plans
- •Experience with pricing governance, reimbursement submissions, and patient access programs
- •Ability to work cross-functionally and influence diverse stakeholders
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
