Anforderungen
- •5+ years of experience in market access roles
- •2+ years global or ex-US regional experience
- •Experience working early in drug development lifecycle
- •Product launch experience
- •Cross functional and matrix influential experience across a team of multiple stakeholders
- •Experience in driving commercial strategy driven through access or HEOR or pricing expertise
- •MBA, Ph.D., M.D. or RPh. Strong external network with thought leaders and influencers in the payer and HTA environment
- •7+ years of experience in market access roles. 5+ years global or ex-US regional experience. 2+ years of experience in the relevant therapeutic area.

- •Co-develop innovative market access strategies
- •Optimize payer value propositions and evidence packages
- •Develop and implement transformative access solutions
- •Represent access with internal partners and external stakeholders
- •Drive vision and provide leadership within the Access community
- •Develop and deliver access strategy for compounds across the R-D-C continuum
- •Collaborate with TAs and Medical Affairs to enhance access strategies
- •Ensure access landscaping and payer evidence requirements are integrated
- •Translate science into payer and healthcare system value propositions
- •Create international pricing strategies and provide guidance
- •Generate payer negotiation strategies and prepare countries for negotiations
- •Ensure timely access inputs into IEPs and asset maximization
- •Create partnerships to break down silos and enhance collaboration
- •Manage resource requirements for asset and disease area priorities
- •Develop and operationalize the Integrated Product Access strategy
- •Champion a competitive international strategic vision for access
- •Lead internal forums to align country insights and strategies
- •Develop the international integrated product access strategy
- •Ensure robust payer value propositions at product launch
- •Provide expert value evidence input into TPPs and clinical programs
- •Collaborate with HEOR & PCO teams for integrated evidence deliverables
- •Determine payer evidence requirements and create compelling access strategies
- •Maximize IM asset value through winning pricing strategies
- •Stay updated on health policy and access domain developments
- •Collaborate with S&G and Development for optimal product shaping
- •Analyze changes in priority international markets for access modeling
- •Disseminate value of medicines to healthcare decision-makers
- •Manage the Access community and budgets effectively
