Anforderungen

• •University level education (MSc or equivalent or higher) in a scientific or technical field
• •At least 15 years in major capital investment projects
• •Full proven project management responsibility in at least one major capital investment project
• •Proven track record in leading a Project Management Center of Excellence
• •Excellent leadership in a matrix organization
• •Strong and clear communication across all organizational levels
• •Profound passion for engineering and capital projects content and methodologies
• •High systematic thinking
• •High sense of and desire for continuous improvement and LEAN principles
• •Ability to travel up to 20% internationally
• •Professional English proficiency
• •Other languages are helpful
