- Establish and lead the global CMC development strategy
- Integrate industry, regulatory, and scientific trends into CMC approaches
- Provide leadership for critical CMC development programs
- Oversee CMC portfolio governance and decision-making processes
- Ensure timely delivery of CMC packages for submissions
- Drive portfolio insight and performance analytics
- Create and implement standard systems and tools for portfolio management
- Manage CMC strategies, risks, and project execution
- Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, quality, and commercial stakeholders
- Promote a culture of operational excellence and proactive risk management
- Lead and develop a team of technical development leaders
- Recruit and retain high-potential talents for the team
- Build organizational capabilities to meet evolving needs
- Contribute to the PTD leadership team's performance and priorities
- Engage with key stakeholders in the global project team system
- Facilitate communication with senior management regarding CMC issues
