- Build globally aligned pricing management system
- Ensure reliable pricing operations across regions
- Lead and develop local Pricing team
- Support global Business Partners in pricing activities
- Define and improve global pricing operating model
- Drive standardization across regions and Business Divisions
- Balance local business needs with global governance
- Establish pricing frameworks and approval logic
- Align pricing rules with Sales and other stakeholders
- Implement pricing processes in ERP and IT systems
- Reduce manual, Excel-based workflows
- Create pricing performance transparency with KPIs
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and improvement
