In this role, you will serve as a key engineering advisor, aligning initiatives with business goals while overseeing CAPEX planning and ensuring compliance across multiple sites. Your focus will also include driving sustainability efforts and fostering collaboration across teams.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in engineering, pharmaceutical technology, or related field
• •10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical engineering, focus on intravenous injectables and/or aseptic manufacturing with global or multisite project or line responsibilities
• •Proven track record in CAPEX execution, equipment implementation, and regulatory compliance
• •Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and intercultural communication skills
• •Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus

Aufgaben

• •Act as the primary engineering advisor to OpU leadership
• •Translate business needs into engineering strategies
• •Lead CAPEX planning and execution for the assigned OpU
• •Ensure harmonization of equipment and infrastructure based on global standards
• •Coordinate engineering activities across multiple sites within the OpU
• •Monitor and improve engineering KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, and energy efficiency
• •Ensure GMP, EHS, and regulatory compliance across all engineering operations
• •Drive sustainability initiatives, including energy management and environmental impact reduction
• •Promote the adoption of digital tools for predictive maintenance and asset management
• •Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain
• •Represent engineering in OpU governance and strategic planning forums
• •Lead OpU and plant engineering talent development and succession planning
