Anforderungen

- Ability and willingness to travel internationally including Singapore and USA
- Master’s Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of materials and their application in semiconductor manufacturing
- Proficiency in sourcing related skills including sourcing strategy development and execution
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and influence stakeholders
- Experience in a semiconductor environment or related industry
Aufgaben
- Coordinate tasks within the Equipment commodity team and Fab stakeholders
- Define sourcing strategies for assigned commodities
- Act as the primary supplier interface for development and performance management
- Plan and conduct global commercial negotiations
- Utilize strategic tools for sourcing and analytical tasks
- Serve as the primary procurement contact for stakeholders
- Coordinate procurement activities for new manufacturing equipment and services
- Support site-specific supply issues with key internal stakeholders
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and alternative sourcing strategies
- Monitor the global market for new suppliers and product innovations
- Analyze and manage contractual agreements and prepare for renegotiations
