- Broad experience with MS Office applications

- Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills
Aufgaben
- Monitor public funded projects for plan deviations
- Ensure compliance with funding decisions and legal frameworks
- Manage payment requests and financial reporting
- Handle internal and external documentation requirements
- Establish and monitor funding gap management processes
- Prepare and execute audits for funding agencies
- Perform accounting for monthly and annual statements
- Liaise with funding agencies and external consultants
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on objectives
- Support global subsidies reporting and compliance oversight
