In this role, you will enhance procurement processes and support SAP implementations while collaborating with various teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include training local teams, ensuring system readiness, and driving continuous improvements in procurement operations.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field with focus on Procurement or Supply Chain Management
• •Several years of experience in Procurement, ideally in international manufacturing environment
• •In-depth expertise in SAP MM/IM and related modules (e.g. SD, CS, PP)
• •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• •Willingness to travel within the ACEMEA region
• •Strong knowledge of supplier management, P2P processes, process and project management, excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• •Analytical, structured, and hands-on working style with solid understanding of project and change management

Aufgaben

• •Support central purchasing processes
• •Develop a global procurement organization
• •Train and assist Procurement Operators and Commodity Buyers
• •Participate in SAP rollouts and continuous improvements
• •Collaborate with IT and Global Process Owners
• •Document processes from 'as-is' to 'to-be'
• •Focus on SAP MM/IM module enhancements
• •Create and execute template processes and change requests
• •Document SAP S/4 rollout activities
• •Transfer knowledge to local teams through training sessions
• •Cooperate with key users and project teams
• •Ensure system readiness before go-live
• •Support during the hypercare phase
• •Guide international rollouts
• •Collaborate with Sales, Production, and IT teams
