Aufgaben
- Implement BAFA requirements for the Internal Compliance Program
- Advise and train Export Control Officers at affiliates on compliant export control
- Ensure compliance with country embargoes
- Execute sanction list checks
- Serve as the lead contact with authorities, including customs and BAFA
- Conduct regular reviews of current legislation and adjust global export control processes
- Monitor changes in German, European, and U.S. export control legislation
- Classify goods according to export control lists and ensure accurate coding for export declarations
- Organize and maintain export control-relevant master data
