- Identify emerging market trends and key opportunities
- Lead market research to uncover patient and customer needs
- Translate insights into actionable global marketing strategies
- Shape differentiated brand positioning and resonant messaging
- Set strategic objectives aligned with the company's vision
- Design integrated multichannel programs for healthcare professionals and patients
- Ensure marketing approaches are customer-centric and inclusive
- Lead comprehensive launch plans for new global brands
- Partner with affiliates to ensure execution readiness
- Coach and support local marketing and commercial teams
- Lead the cross-functional Diabetes Brand Stream
- Implement life-cycle management strategies and business cases
- Manage promotional budgets to ensure strong ROI
- Establish performance dashboards and monitoring processes
- Provide transparent monthly updates to senior management
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and best practices across regions
