Aufgaben
- Lead global medical strategy and activities for Cardiometabolic therapeutic area
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate scientific insights into impact
- Identify unmet medical needs and long-term opportunities for innovation
- Evaluate products and identify portfolio gap-filling opportunities
- Develop therapeutic area medical plans with research priorities and study initiatives
- Prepare Target Product Profiles with cross-functional teams
- Lead and govern Global Medical Affairs research projects
- Chair Scientific Review Committee for GMA-led clinical research
- Review and approve clinical activities led by Clinical Development teams
- Drive high-quality scientific content for digital initiatives
- Collaborate with regional and local Medical Directors
- Build trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and scientific societies
- Oversee medical safety monitoring and contribute to PSURs
- Provide medical input for global and national label changes
- Ensure compliance with global guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Lead and develop one direct report
- Mentor and retain talent through servant leadership
- Support a culture of inclusivity and diverse voices
