Anforderungen

  • 3+ years experience in performance, paid marketing, audience management, ad progression, or related operational roles (ideally digital/data-driven)
  • Experience with audience segmentation tools, customer data platforms, and paid media activation workflows
  • Strong execution skills for audience and ad progression tasks
  • Good analytical mindset for data-driven decisions and performance reporting
  • Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (preferred)

  • Ensure consistent messaging and funnel logic.
  • Track and report ad progression performance.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate operational tasks for audience setups.

  • Translate audience requirements for AdTech teams.
