- •Coordinate agencies and partners to meet budget goals
- •Support annual brand planning and KPI tracking
- •Oversee budget stewardship and invoice processing
- •Maintain version control for all master assets
- •Develop HCP materials and digital training toolkits
- •Ensure scientific accuracy across all brand content
- •Manage approval workflows within enterprise systems
- •Maintain audit-ready archives of marketing materials
- •Build trafficking briefs and manage UTM tagging
- •Coordinate with media agencies on creative specs
- •Quality assure live media placements
- •Monitor in-flight performance across digital channels
- •Maintain dashboards for campaign and funnel health
- •Synthesize market insights into actionable recommendations
- •Localize and disseminate global brand toolkits
- •Host office hours and affiliate enablement sessions
- •Gather regional feedback to improve brand assets
- •Coordinate brand logistics for congresses and events
- •Ensure all activities adhere to industry SOPs
