- Troubleshoot heated tobacco device heating issues
- Troubleshoot heated tobacco device stick compatibility issues
- Guide consumers on proper device usage
- Guide consumers on proper device maintenance
- Guide consumers on device best practices
- Process warranty claims
- Process replacements
- Process returns
- Handle complaints empathetically
- Escalate complaints when required
- Educate consumers on devices
- Educate consumers on accessories
- Educate consumers on stick options
