Anforderungen
- International hotel leadership experience, GM experience (plus)
- Strong Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager, or operational leader profile ready for career progression
- Experience or interest in multi-property/complex hotel operations
- Solid understanding of lifestyle/premium select-service hotel operations
- Strong cross-departmental operational knowledge
- Good financial understanding (budgeting, cost control, GOP)
- Commercial mindset, revenue/profitability driving ability
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills
- Structured, quality-oriented, motivated for full GM responsibility
- Fluent German and English (C1 level)

- Lead hotels to sustainable success
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Build a strong, motivated team culture
- Lead hotels with visible, structured, inspiring approach
- Ensure seamless guest journeys aligned with brand standards
- Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance departments
- Drive financial performance, profitability, and long-term value
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Develop revenue strategy
- Develop and empower operational leaders and teams
- Ensure strict compliance with brand standards
- Adhere to operational procedures
- Manage quality audits
- Build strong relationships with owners and partners
- Engage with the local business community in Berlin
- Identify opportunities for innovation, service improvement, and optimization
- Represent hotels as public face and ambassador
