- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills
- Structured, quality-oriented, motivated for GM responsibility
- Fluent German and English (C1 level)
Aufgaben
- Lead the hotel with visible, structured, inspiring leadership.
- Ensure a seamless and consistent guest journey.
- Oversee all hotel departments.
- Drive financial performance, profitability, and long-term value.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Develop and implement revenue strategy.
- Develop and empower operational leaders and teams.
- Coach and manage team performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with procedures, standards, and audits.
