- Min. 5 years experience in accounting, finance, or international corporate environment
- Master’s degree, Diploma, Magister, Staatsexamen in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong expertise in HGB and IFRS and general accounting principles
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA, Datev, Lucanet, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Analytical thinking, solution-oriented mindset, and independence
- Fluency in English and German knowledge
- Proactive work style, solution-orientation, and teamwork skills
Aufgaben
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Post transactions following internal and external regulations
- Prepare and review journal entries
- Perform variance analysis
- Complete account reconciliations
- Manage monthly HGB and IFRS closings for European entities
- Ensure reporting deadlines and compliance standards are met
- Support preparation of HGB and IFRS statutory accounts
- Coordinate compliance requirements and external audits
- Drive process improvements and automation of manual tasks
- Increase operational efficiency through workflow optimization
- Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and projects
