In this role, you will prepare financial statements and manage general ledger accounts while analyzing key financial data. You will also support the consolidation process and collaborate with various teams to enhance internal controls.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in business administration or commercial training with relevant further education
• •Successfully passed accounting exam (ideally)
• •Approximately 10 years of professional experience in finance or accounting
• •Confidence in closing accounts in accordance with HGB and IFRS
• •Very good SAP knowledge at user level, preferably in S/4HANA
• •Analytical thinking and structured working style
• •Enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment and sharing knowledge
• •Good English skills

Aufgaben

• •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
• •Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts independently
• •Analyze and comment on balance sheet and income statement items
• •Clarify issues related to intercompany transactions and prepare documentation
• •Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements
• •Coordinate reporting issues with controlling colleagues
• •Participate in process optimization and improve the internal control system
• •Provide technical support and guidance to junior accounting team members
• •Act as a contact for auditors, tax advisors, and internal departments
