- Master’s or PhD degree in Aerospace Engineering, Heat transfer and Fluid mechanics, or related field
- Thermal analysis and management of spacecraft subsystems
- Understanding of spacecraft thermal environments
- 3+ years experience with Active Thermal Control System development and procurement
- Hands-on experience with Thermal Testing (Thermal Cycling, Thermal Vacuum, Thermal Balance)
- Proficiency with Thermal Desktop and ESATAN software
- Proficiency in programming and data analysis (Python, MATLAB, C++)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to give proactive and mindful feedback
- Passion for sustainability in space industry
- Highly motivated in fast-paced, autonomous start-up environment
- Fluent English

- Design conceptual and preliminary thermal control systems
- Optimize thermal management with other subsystems
- Perform preliminary thermal analyses
- Communicate technical data and recommendations
- Support spacecraft development from concept to operations
- Manage procurement and supplier selection for thermal hardware
- Conduct testing and validation of thermal hardware
- Provide operational analysis and support
- Perform post-flight analyses
