- Engineering degree (Master) in mechanical science or equivalent
- CAD software experience, preferably Siemens NX
- Past experience with thermal setup (plus)
- Procedure writing with MES and inventory management with ERP
- Past experience in cleanroom environment (plus)
- Fluidic/harness routing in Siemens NX (strong plus)
- Willingness to build and support new team

Aufgaben
- Define qualification plan
- Support Thermal Control System setup and testing
- Define integration and test sequence
- Procure parts for testing
- Write procedures
- Support qualification of processes (e.g., bonding, sensor calibration, foam fixation validation)
- Support internal and external qualification testing, coordinating with stakeholders
- Prepare test plans, procedures, and testing coupons
- Support Active Thermal Control System integration and testing
- Support procurement of necessary tools
- Support writing detailed procedures for qualification, integration, and test operations
- Improve processes and procedures using lessons learned
- Support other factory setups as the company grows and mission evolves
